Once you pay your 10% deposit for your booking and has been received and you have advised us of your full Guest house Contact Details, we will send you (by email) comprehensive driving directions from the relevant arrival airport to the front door of your Guest House.
2. How do I get to the Guesthouse ?
You will either be met at the airport or at the Guesthouse by a local representative who will drive you to the Guesthouse as well as a house tour to familiarize you with all aspects of the Guesthouse.
3. Who do I contact in the event I have a problem ?
Every Guest House has a local contact, Guest House Manager who is accessible round the clock to respond to any problem you might have at your Guest House. You will be supplied with their contact information, along with other important local phone numbers.
4. Can I make a booking by phone?
Nairobi Guest House is an online booking company and do not take telephone bookings. All availability can be accessed by clicking on the price availability tab on the property you are interested in. From there you can get an online quote and make a reservation.
5. How Can I cancel my booking ?
Login to your account and go to your bookings area. Select the Cancel Booking button. If you have not paid the deposit there is no charge. The system will calculate the amount you can expect to be refunded on the screen for you.
6. Is booking fee Important?
Yes your booking fee is guarantee of room,accommodation that makes the Guest house owner reserve the room due to your commitment.
